To launch the awards program in 2011, we connected the Clean50 team with Corporate Knights Magazine as media partner and research advisor.
Up Marketing then developed the Clean50 logo, brand collateral, nomination and promotional material to introduce the program to the market at Corporate Knight’s annual Gala. We then developed the presentation format and content of a 4-page spread appearing in Corporate Knights Magazine to support the annual announcement of the winners and present some highlights of their associated work.”
We developed the Clean50 logo, brand collateral, nomination and promotional material to support the launch of the program at Corporate Knight’s annual Gala. Up Marketing worked with the Clean50 team to develop the presentation format and content of a 4-page spread appearing in Corporate Knights Magazine.
To support the second annual summit, we developed an event sponsorship opportunity whereby organizations are able to promote their cleantech and sustainability endeavours and offerings. In addition, we initiated the Clean50 video series program, which provides honourees and their organizations an opportunity to tell the story behind their recognition and to further promote, network and educate.
The Result: The Clean50 designation is regularly used and recognized in media, annual reports, shareholder and marketing communications. The annual Summit is attended by industry, academic and political leaders from across Canada and the award roster has grown to recognize outstanding Sustainability Projects and Emerging Leaders.
